Barrel Ride

In surfing when you ride the barrel it is an epic experience where you are both on the water and in the wave. It is much the same with bourbon. We love the idea of utilizing our French oak barrels to impart a unique finish.

Cocktail Ideas

• The Mad Hatter has two ounces of Barrel Ride, a splash of vermouth (or Shelter From The Storm), cherry juice and bitters. Shake it and serve in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
